Above all else, the food was great! Service was prompt and courteous considering the volume of customers v. wait staff. The inside isn't anything to write home about but food sure as he** is. The fresh rolls were great! They were literally fresh and full of flavor, the peanut sauce served with them was tasty. Flavors of both dishes were full and vibrant. Sometimes the heat scale can be pretty off, here it was spot on. I love heat but want to taste the flavor in the food too. I ordered medium for my drunken noodles expecting it to be more mild, I was pleasantly surprised and it packed heat. 10/10 plan to go again.

Got the fresh rolls, creamy peanut sauce and red curry tofu and it was some of the best I've ever had! It came out very fast and staff was very attentive. Highly recommend for take out! Sit down is an option of course just not the cleanest spot on the inside (stains on walls, molded napkins keeping the table balanced) - all utensils, tables and seats were clean.

The food is AMAZING!! I love it!!!! Totally recommend!!!!!!!!!!! Da best!! good price!!!!!!! My kiddos looove the chicken fried rice and yellow curry. I love it all!!!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic little Thai spot. We were the only people there (which apparently was a theme of our Alaska trip) and were able to get service quickly. I would say their curry and tom kha were the favorite things that we got there. Everything was super delicious and flavorful. It's giving strip mall, and was empty when we were there, but we had a great time and honestly didn't come for the decor anyway. Would highly recommend to anyone passing through.

Really nice hole in the wall kinda place. Nim makes really good Thai food! Also try the lemon pea flower drink ! The spice level was on point.

Great food and service. Would highly recommend. Very casual and priced well. A must try.

A favorite Thai restaurant, I always get the Thai Tea, the specials are always good. I love their barbecue.chicken. Service is excellent.

Really delicious thai food in Fairbanks We ordered tom kha soup which came with sticky rice. It was super flavorful. tanginess along with creamy coconut taste. Red & green curry had tons of tofu. quantity was good as well. Both curries came along white sticky rice. Noodles were not bad. Rice paper roll were very fresh accompanied with sweet & spicy sauce. Ambiance was very homely & service was fast.

Overall: 3.9/5 (to go) We came in person and ordered 2 noodle dishes to go. The lady who took our order was really nice, giving us recommendations and water while we were waiting for our food. The food came out in about 10 minutes so it was pretty quick The prices are pretty high and more expensive than California though. Drunken Noodle With Pork ($18): This is the most popular noodle dish. It was pretty good but not the best I had. It wasn't as umami as I was expecting and it had cauliflower which isn't typical. Nim's Special With Chicken ($18): This is a lighter version of the drunken noodle but with more random vegetables. The chicken was a bit overcooked and dry. I would stick with the drunken noodles.
